Our personal care assistance ensures that you  receive the help you need with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining your privacy and dignity.

Companionship 

Our companionship services offer friendly and supportive companions for you, providing social interaction, conversation, and emotional support to combat loneliness and isolation. We also provide escorts to appointments and visits.

Medication Prompting

Our medication prompting service helps to ensure that you take your prescribed medication at the right time, providing peace of mind for you and the best possible health outcomes.

Meal prep and basic Housekeeping 

Our team can help make daily meals and also help around the home with vacuuming, dusting and laundry etc .

Appointment Chaperone 

We offer once off or routine chaperone services to hospital or social appointments. Our staff will accompany you to an appointment, stay with you during the appointment if necessary and/or accompany you back home. They make sure you are settled before leaving.

We conduct thorough background checks on all caregivers and provide ongoing training to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

Which payment options do you accept

We accept bank transfer, cheque or cash payment. 

Payments are done in arrears 

Can l get the same Carer at all times

We strive to  give continuity by providing the same Staff for your care, however due to Annual Leave and Day off schedules, we may need to allocate atleast 2 Care staff who alternate delivering care. 

This is communicated in advance and agreed to by yourself or your loved one.
